 PARSBUILDERS INC. , is a corporation duly registered with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission on January 30, 1990 and Department of Trade and Industry. Floor Master Corp., was also registered with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission last 2001. The company’s main office is located at Bahman Arcade Ortigas Ave. corner A. Rodriguez Ave. Rosario , Pasig City.
The president of the two company’s is Mr.BAHMAN POURMOHAMMAD, an Iranian, who has been a resident of the Philippines for 30 years, where he graduated with degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Master in Industrial Management, PH.D. Industrial Management.
In 1990, Mr. PourMohammad established the corporation to produced and commercialized his inventions of special design-structure CONCRETE T-BEAMS and FILLER BLOCKS awarded First Price by the DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY and FILIPINO INVENTORS SOCIETY in 1996 and 1997 . Mr. PourMohammad is an active member of the FILIPINO INVENTORS SOCIETY.
The company has successfully handled several multi- million projects although it has a minimal authorized capital of 1 million. The company can generate adequate funds internally from its stockholders to finance any major projects w/o the need of loaning money from banks.
At present the Company’s products and services have expanded to include:
a.) Exclusive distributorship of CCS product like Colour Hardeners, Hard Sealers, Resurfacing Compounds and other materials used for Stamping Concrete, Stencil Concrete, Spray Type Materials and Quartzon imported from Australia.
b.) Manufacturer of T-Beam w/ COLLAPSIBLE FORM, T-Beam w/ FILLER BLOCK,T-BEAM w/ SOLID BLOCK (patent holder), T-PANEL, T-Beam COLOURED, HALLOWCORE and STEELDECK.
c.) Production of Concrete Products like Pavers, Concrete Tiles, Wall Claddings, and Precast Panel Wall.
d.) Exclusively distributor of Water Proofing, Glass Wool Insulation, Shingles, Carpet Tile and Quartzon. All are imported from Australia, America , Iran , and China.
